Allan has over 35 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to his role at MTA Financial, he held a senior management position within the Life Insurance and Mutual Fund industries. His experience includes serving as VP of Sales for The Imperial Life Assurance Company of Canada, Imperial Financial Services and Laurentian Financial Services. He served as the Director of Internal Audit for Imperial Life, Laurentian Financial Services, Laurentian Funds Management and Laurentian Capital Corporation (US) as well as having worked as Audit Manager with the Office of the Provincial Auditor of Ontario.
Brian Dorfman

Brian joined MTA Financial in 2014 after graduating from Seneca College’s Financial Planning program with honours. While at Seneca College, Brian completed his co-op position at World Travel Protection selling travel insurance. Prior to this, Brian was an audio technician working on live events for Metalworks Production Group.

Jodi Shaw-Dorfman

Jodi brings a wide range of education and experience to MTA Financial. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a graduate certificate in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Centennial College. Before joining MTA Financial in 2013, Jodi worked at Metalworks Production Group and Metalworks Institute in production and events roles.
